Positive: Spotless clean, the host came and clean every two or three days, changed towels and bedsheets; very quiet location in a small port near a nice bakery. The host surprised us with a small gift before we left. Incredibly nice person.

Negative: The bedrooms do not have any windows.

Positive: The accommodation is in a fantastic location — everything is just a few minutes’ walk away (beach, restaurants, bakery, shop). The place was spotlessly clean, and the towels and bed linen had a lovely fresh scent. The apartment was the perfect size, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. Sandra is the kindest host we’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here and truly hope to return one day!

Positive: the location had a really nice view of the port and sea. 5 minute walk to the nearby beach. The host was really friendly and helpful. A bakery 20m from the location proved really usefull for a quick snack. Plenty of high quality restaurants nearby. Supermarket and ATM machine were within 2 minutes from the location

Positive: We really really loved Neo Klima and our stay ay SK Studios. It was a perfectly small, quaint village with beautiful sea views. Located on best side of island with really amazing beaches to explore. The loft are was perfect for kids to have their own space.

Positive: Great location - bakery just downstair making great donuts and coffee, grocery just opposite. Very nice view to a small village port and the beaches of Elios and Hovolo. The owner is very nice person, very helpful. For sure we come again despite this year very inconvenient ferry time table.
